All owners of Cartridge World stores have undergone intensive training both in Australia and locally. A professional technical support team who they can call on at any time also backs them. This technical support team also continues to develop robust procedures to refill new cartridges as they are launched onto the market.
The industry of refilling cartridges has been developed to combat the prices being charged by original equipment manufacturers on their consumables. Most cartridges can be refilled whether they are inkjet or laser, photocopier or fax, large or small, black or colour.
