Cartridge World Opens its Doors in Grey Lynn
19 April 2004

A chance meeting with a franchise magazine in Coolangatta, Australia, has led to business success for Auckland couple John and Sonia Andersen.

The Andersens opened their second Cartridge World store in Grey Lynn this week, after successfully running their New Lynn store for almost three years.

"Grey Lynn is a great location for a Cartridge World store because there are so many people in the area with home-based businesses and home computers," says Sonia. "People love refilling their printer, toner and fax cartridges here because not only does it save them money, it also allows them to recycle their cartridges so they're not ending up in the local landfills." The Andersens already have a great reputation with their customers for friendly and efficient service and for running a business where "you can always get a smile." It's a reputation they work hard to keep.

"It's nice to meet up with new customers and to get to know them over the years," says Sonia. "We really enjoy the Cartridge World business because we're always learning about new technology and products and our customers are always keeping us on our toes with questions."

To celebrate the opening of their new store, John and Sonia are offering their Grey Lynn customers an opportunity to win more than $500 worth of prizes. Anyone who purchases a product from the store between April 19 and June 30 goes in the draw to win a Brother MFC3420C Multifunction printer, a document shredder and a laminator. The new Grey Lynn store is located at 366 Great North Road, where the team can be contacted on 09 376 5516 .
