Tom Glastonbury knew when he purchased the Porirua franchise of Cartridge World that it was an excellent business idea, but even he didn’t realise just what it would mean to the local households and businesses that make up Porirua City.
At the 2003/04 Business Excellence Awards held in Porirua in November, Tom
discovered what an impact his business had made on the local community when
he was called on to accept the award for ‘Best
Emerging Business’.

that benefit their customers, this company has a bright future”.

business. Tom believes in the strong motivations that drive Cartridge World’s
